| About the RRA |
The Rosedale Residential Association (RRA or WPRRA) is located
in the Southern-end of the city limits. It's general boundaries are
from Saxon Woods Road to the East through to North Street in
the West and from Hillair Circle and Barton Road to the North
through to the Hutchinson River Parkway to the South. These
areas are also known as Areas 26 & 27 (Rosedale & Saxon
Woods) on the Neighborhood Associations Map maintained by
the Planning Department of the City of White Plains.
All of the over 700 familes living in this area are considered
automatic members of the RRA and are free to attend all
meetings and participate in all events. Dues paying members are
given the opportunity to vote on issues.
The leadership of the RRA is made up of 4 officers and 10 board
members. All positions are elected at each annual membership
meeting. This meeting is held in late April or early May. The RRA
Board meets three times a year, usually in February, June, and
October. Additional meetings may be called by the President,
Board, or group of members in good standing.

Associations.
